Chocolate bean cookies

Full of chocolate flavor and smuggled healthy goodness.
Don’t tell anyone about the beans – no one will believe you anyway.

Chocolate bean cookies

Ingredients

  • red beans – 1 can
  • agave syrup – 5 spoons
  • cocoa powder – 3 spoons
  • coconut oil – 2 spoons
  • plant milk – 2 spoons
  • grounded flax seeds – 1 spoon
  • baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • vegan chocolate bar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C.
  2. Wash red beans.
  3. Blend ingredients (except vegan chocolate) and leave mixture for a few minutes – flax seeds soak up water.
  4. Chop vegan chocolate.
  5. Put your perfect shape of “not yet cookies” onto the baking sheetΒ and sprinkle with chopped vegan chocolate.
  6. Bake for about 18 minutes.
  7. And the hardest thing: cool completely.
  8. Enjoy!
