Vegetable broth

I hate winter.
And only a big bowl of hot soup helps me forget about the cold!
3 hours on low heat and we have aromatic broth.

Vegetable broth

Ingredients

  • carrot – 3 medium sized
  • parsley root – 2 medium sized
  • parsley – 5Β springs
  • leek – 1 (white part)
  • celery root – 1/4 part
  • celery – 1 medium sized
  • white cabbage – 2 leaves
  • onion – 1 large size
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • bay leaf – 2
  • allspice – 2
  • clove – 1
  • smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • dill – 1 spoon
  • turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
  • soy sauce – 3 spoons
  • olive oil – 2 spoons
  • pepper –Β to taste
  • water – 2,5 liters
  • pasta

Directions

  1. Wash, peel and cut into larges pieces: carrots, parsley roots, leek, celery root and celery.
  2. Peel and cut in half onion and place in a hot, dry pan. Brown on both sides.
  3. Peel garlic and put all ingredients (except pasta) in a larg pot, add water and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and let your vegetable broth simmer. Cover and leave it for about 3 hours.
  5. Prepare pasta.
  6. Enjoy!
